Michael Dabroski co-founded and directed FESTIVAL MOZART CARIBE (2017 to 2019) as a Vermont Mozart Festival "Fellowship Project" to merge the music of Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart with the beauty and historical richness of the Colonial Zone of Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic.  The festival helps develop and promote cultural and/or economic activities while experiencing and promoting the sense of brotherhood among the people; achieved through the universal language of music.

Michael Dabroski cofundó y dirigió el FESTIVAL MOZART CARIBE (2017 a 2019) como un "Proyecto de Becas" del Festival Vermont Mozart para fusionar la música de Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart con la belleza y la riqueza histórica de la Zona Colonial de Santo Domingo, República Dominicana. El festival ayuda a desarrollar y promover actividades culturales y / o económicas mientras experimenta y promueve el sentido de hermandad entre la gente; logrado a través del lenguaje universal de la música.
