HW | MQ indulges advanced level adult amateur chamber and pre-professional musicians with the music of Dmitri Shostakovich and sites in Havana, Cuba. The workshops provide organized chamber music coaching and listening pleasure while improving instrumental technical skills, chamber music techniques and musical insight. Most ideal for adventurous musicians also seeking travel to Cuba, the workshop integrates the beauty and lifestyle of Cuba with Shostakovich upon witnessing the street culture of cuisine, museums, architecture, fine arts and mingling with local people and sounds of Dmitri.
