Michael Dabroski founded and lead BURLINGTON ENSEMBLE (2009 to 2014) of Vermont as the first and only for-profit chamber music organization in the United States. Burlington Ensemble produced a collaborative, strategic "Making Music with a Social Mission" business plan of high-quality classical music fundraising concerts to benefit local non-profit groups year-round. In return, the beneficiaries performed critical operational tasks to minimize administrative expense while maximizing audience development.
